At SAES Bakery, we believe that great baking is more than just flour, sugar, and butter—it’s about storytelling, tradition, and creating moments that bring people together. Rooted in Southern flavors and hospitality, we blend classic recipes with modern creativity to offer both traditional and gluten-free baked goods that everyone can enjoy.

SAES Bakery was born out of a love for Southern baking, high-quality ingredients, and the joy of sharing good food. What started as a passion for reimagining classic recipes turned into a mission: to create indulgent, soul-warming treats that cater to all, including those with dietary restrictions.

From our Peach & White Chocolate Cookies to our fluffy Sourdough Biscuits, every item is crafted with care, using locally sourced ingredients and time-honored techniques that bring out the best flavors. Whether you’re looking for a sweet treat to brighten your day or the perfect addition to a special occasion, SAES Bakery is here to deliver warmth, nostalgia, and a little bit of magic in every bite.

My Story

Our founder, Victoria Clark, started baking at an early age. Her mother let her assist with baking chocolate chip cookies using the classic Toll House recipe on the back of the chocolate chip bag, and eventually, Victoria was baking them on her own. She spent years baking for family and friends, experimenting with ingredients, until in 2020, she posted one of her creations and people expressed interest. She spent years developing recipes and a plan, and in 2025, officially launched SAES. 

What Makes Us Different?

Southern-Inspired, Elevated Baking – We take classic flavors and give them a modern twist while honoring traditional Southern baking methods.

Special-diet friendly – Good food should be accessible to all!  Whether you are gluten-free, low sugar, or something else, we want to offer baked goods that are just as buttery, flaky, and indulgent as our regular menu—because no one should miss out on great food. If we currently don't have something on our menu for you, please reach out and we will create it--promise! 
Small-Batch, Handcrafted Quality – Every cookie, cake, and biscuit is made fresh, ensuring that each bite is packed with the best flavors and textures.
Community-Driven – We love connecting with our customers through pop-ups, collaborations, and special events.
